From the North, (A16):
Follow the A16, signposted Amiens and exit at Junction 24, signposted St Valery sur Somme.

Follow the signposts for approximately 20km through several roundabouts.

As you approach St Valery you will join the D940.

Keep on this road as you pass over a narrow metal bridge.

At the next roundabout, (Champion supermarket on your left) do not turn right into St Valery centre ville, but carry straight on up the hill.

After 0.5 mile, you will come to a junction where you turn left (and with great care) turn left here and then immediately left again, following signs to Drancourt (Intermarche Supermarket on your right).

Follow this narrow road down the hill and along the tree lined section.

Keep on this road as it bears to the right and takes you through the tiny hamlet of Drancourt with its stone cottages and open barns.

Take the next left turn, just before the telephone box and Camping Chateau de Drancourt is 200 yds on the right up this road.

Having just returned from a short break at this camp I feel the need to warn prospective visitors. The campsite do not provide sufficient amperage for all clients to use their electric heaters at the same time so we spent the whole week freezing both morning and night. When we complained the site just commented that we must understand that they cannot heat the whole site!! They also use an annoying card system for all payments which means that it is easier to hide excessive fees for activities or foodstuffs. The facilities are well below expected standards and the levels of service show a total disregard ofr any customer rights. You have been warned.
